		<description>I have made this, but the LED1 and LED3 are switched ON even when the water does not contact with the second and third wire. Supposedly, the wires are not closed and LED1 and LED3 are not switched ON. Can anyone please tell me what&#039;s wrong with my circuit? Thanks.</description>
