Repairing LCD Monitor Samsung 940NW

Today we have repaired a LCD Monitor Samsung  with model no: 940NW, came with symptoms that will not to turn on and the led is blinking.

I opened it and saw that the electrolytes in the position C109 (1000uF/25V) ,C110 (1000uF/25V) and C113 (820uF/25V) are cracked and  then I replaced  them with the new capacitors and I solved the problem.

Same monitor, same problem, but in my case, the C113 capacitor is not damage. What do you recomand? Change it or not?
