Quick update, Spi Flash Programmer PCBs arrived from Seeed Studio Fusion Service. It took two weeks from placing the order to receive the boards. Seeed Studio offers a very cheap prices, it starts at $10 for 10 PCBs – $1 per board.

I made a new 3D PCB for the new SPI Flash Programmer V2, thanks to Ian from dangerousprototypes.com who has written a good tutorial: “Build 3D models from Eagle files”, I followed this tutorial on making these 3D images, and  finally I have made them.
